One club county hurling

After yesterdays,shambles were now for our one club county team??? Going back to lower competions,isn't any good

The hurlers can only do what they can with the players available to them and it's a shame they haven't lasted in Nicky Rackard competition. There's nothing can be done in the short term for the availability of players and such, that's a long term matter that the county board must deal with before the true death of hurling in the county sets in. However, for many counties the logical next step to make in the county set up would be a change in managerial staff - the lads there now have done some good work over the past few years and now it could be time to introduce an external manager from a "hurling county". Someone from Antrim or the South with some pedigree and enthusiasm in the game - the squad still have potential for success in the next few years but the change needs to come soon before the set up grows even more stale.
