The reason I've given it alot of thought is that I put money on Cork to win after they held Limerick in the Munster final. Ordinarily I wouldn't think too much about why another county lost a game. You were spot on in your pregame analysis fair play to you.

We have finished ahead of Galway twice in the round robin in 5 editions when we haven't beaten Dublin, including just last year. Anyway next year will be a whole new year, another go at winning Leinster for all of us. Viking66 (Wexford) - Posts: 16768 - 29/07/2025 09:46:39 2628909 Link 0 |
I think we've only beaten Dublin once in the championship in the last decade, but that generally hasn't stopped us from qualifying. Still, only two Leinster finals in 17 and 19 is a poor return for us. That's the goal, and ourselves, Dublin and yourselves can all beat eachother. Like in most years, we'll beat Kilkenny, you'll beat us and Dublin beat you. Doylerwex (Wexford) - Posts: 3873 - 02/08/2025 10:46:25 2629759 Link 0 |
Viking, the last I backed a Team in a Hurling Game to win was awhile back - the last Sunday in July in 1971- to be exact. It's a Mugs Game. Any way, that Cork team has a weak underbelly and changes must be made before they win an All Ireland. Oldtourman (Limerick) - Posts: 4520 - 05/08/2025 15:45:54 2630179 Link 0 |
