I'd have
1Murphy
2F. Burke
3Mclnerney( was going great before the lock down)
4D. Morrissey( Daniel Loftus is going great with
Turlough but might need another year)
5p.mannion
6j.cooney (is in brilliant form in this position for Sarsfields. Can also play up in the forwards. Shane Cooney be another for this position)
7daithi Burke. (bit mad moving Dáithí out from full back as he is our best there. But I believe Galway can get altot more from him out the field. The form he is in playing with Turlough is unreal. Can be an option for midfield too.
8johnny coen. (also an option wing back)
9cathal mannion
10 David burke( last day against cappy when he was midfield he was not really in the game but when he was moved wing forward he got more involved in the game and offered a lot from wing forward.
11 Joe canning
12brian Concannon
13 ja mannion
14 Conor whelan
15jason flynn

That's not a bad team either

I'd like to see Kevin Cooney get some game time. He's looked very lively for Sarsfields and was very good for the 21s a couple of years ago.

There is no way Ja Mannion or Brian Concannon should be on a Galway Team before the Hurler of the year Conor Cooney

Conor Cooney hasn't performed for Galway since 2017 and proved in today's county final that he is a good club hurler but no better than that. He is definitely behind Ja Mannion and Concannon in most people's books, we can't live on memories.
