A blast form the past. 2005 we're unlucky not to have claimed the CRC against Westmeath. Very good game.

Looking forward to the game LoyalRoyal. Is St. Loman's a big pitch interms of size?

same starting 15 as started against DERRY except finty starts in half back line, unreal does the manager and selectors not see what chances they need and blind man on a horse would see what is needed

Michael Turley plays for Rossa in Belfast. Did he use to play for a Down club and then relocated to Belfast and then transferred? Can someone please explain?

Not the same team, few surprises I think.

Ballela/nosides We need the pace they offer and strength against a team like meath, it was easy to see from sideline against derry!

Well done boys yesterday. Let's get out in numbers next week to cheer them on to victory. If in Newry its time the Ards support got on the move. Get a few buses organised and get behind the team

Was there not buses put on last year and no one used them? I agree that the county should get behind these lads. Who knows the extra support might give them that extra bit when they need it. I for one will be there.

I take it the Down Poc Fada will be called off because of the replay?

I think when u go to a match in newry u will find about 70% of the crowd is from the ards so take a look the next time ur there as was the crowd against derry

Too costly to attend.

I think you will also find that 90% of the support in Trim was also from The Ards. The only problem with Newry is the playing surface. If the team were allowed to train on it then they could get used to playing on the beach or is it marsh/beach.
