Clare seem to have produced yet another quality minor team , while cork have once again failed to make an impact in this level , shane odonnell , bobby duggan , deasy , cleary and alex morey look like players for the future

Alex Morey had a blinder. Jamie Shananhan is the one to watch and the pick of the bunch and he only came on at half time. Hopefully we can continue our fine run oif form against Limerick and beat them in the semi at home in Ennis and that should at very least see the boys through to July. 3 munster finals in a row would be a fantastic achievement for Clare. Spare a thought for Cork though who just cant seem to get it right underage at the moment. They will come good though

bit of a joke that clare are at home for the third consecutive time , limerick should be rewarded for coming through the front door with a home tie

It doesnt really matter where its played. They are 18 year olds let them at it

Yeah, am a bit curious on how Clare managed to get 3 home games in a row.
Does anyone know if it is based on home/away agreements. i.e. Did Clare play Cork, Waterford & Limerick away the last times they met at minor level? (apart from finals).

3 years ago they played waterford in the first round at waterford and played limerick in limerick last year and played cork down in cork 4 or 5 years ago so thats prob why they got home advantage in all their games

In the minor and 21's munster championship venues are decided by a home and away arrangements (except for the munster minor final as it is the curtain raiser to the senior).

Clare were due home games off every other county in Munster this year apart from Kerry, their last game against Tipp at minor level was in Thurles last year, Cork was in PUC back in 2008, Limerick was in 2010 in the GG and Waterford was 2010 in Waterford (they subsequently met in the 2010 and 2011 munster finals but they were home venues)

The Clare 21's are due home games against Waterford, Tipp and Cork but their next match against Limerick at this grade will be in the Gaelic Grounds
