Yes, without a doubt, and rightly so.

just to clarify my comments yesterday there will be no relegation match played in 2020. there will be relegation from the 2020 championship however but that match will be played next April/May in my humble opinion. and i think it will suit both teams, they will have at least a month of pre season/challenge matches/league matches before this fixture. CB arent just going to spring it on both clubs in an email in Feb that they've relegation next week

48 weeks for the player and club to be dealt with after that. Throw Beagh out at senior level and be done with it

What are you raving about. It is a proposed 48 week ban. There will be a hearing in the next week. It is my understanding that the player never actually left Ireland after the group games and all this has stemmed from what Kinvara have said without any evidence being provided but hey come on to a forum and spout as much sh*t as you want without having the first clue about what's actually happened. Will you come on here next week and make apologies to the club and player when its proven he has stayed in Ireland during the duration of the championship?

Yes indeed and the precedent is set with Waterford CB stripping there intermediate champions of their title due to the same antics! A hard line is necessary.

Possibly the first case in the GAA where this has happened, all eyes on Galway CB how they treat this very serious, life threatening stunt.

And they accepted their punishment. Not a very GAA thing to do. Fair play to them

Again I don't think you have any clue about what you are talking about let alone answer my question. There was a case not 24 hours ago in Waterford which was proven and a ban was handed out and accepted. If this case is unproven (and I have it under good authority that it will be as there is evidence on the accused sides and not on what he's accused of) will you apologise and promise to stop forever spouting sh*t here?

i was referring to first time a player had flown from America and played a match within a couple days of each other
