Big congrats to Cork. Can they do the 5 in a row? Alan Connolly, Barrett and Hayes to put up big talkies. Delighted for Hoggie

Cork don't hit wides. Conlon and Cleary don't have the legs. Collins best goalie in country, better than Cusack in prime. How many of Cork 99 would would make this current Cork team?

Certainly makings of a really great game now. But Corks Half back line is getting over run.

Great game now. All teams have their periods of dominance but Cork can be more patchy that the others. We will see if in their next period of dominance if they open a gap that can not be bridged.

Its a pity the rte panel dont stay quiet for a few minutes during the parade and let the viewers savour the atmosphere of Croke Park on such a great occasion

Watching it on the BBC the commentator ststeda Cork player "put his body where you wouldn't put a shovel" never heard that one. But this game is really the last man standing.

Johnny Murphy has a lot to answer for. Sad day for hurling.

What a point that was from Tony Kelly at the end though.

Ah will you stop. He misses a jersey pull.
Murphy had a fine performance.
Hurling today was phenomenal but should have been a replay.
Clare deserved to win over the 90+ minutes.

Congrats to Clare enjoy your great day! Sick for Cork, maybe the Cork player fouled at last gasp attempt, but Tony Kelly's score and build up was incredible. A great final, credit to both teams for great entertainment.
