Replying To Saynothing: "Nothing new for Wexford so." I sincerely hope a certain couple of Tyrone posters on here aren't representative of Tyrone GAA people in general. I've always admired what Tyrone have achieved in the past 20 years or so, and in particular, I consider Mickey Harte one of the most inspirational figures not just in the GAA, but in Ireland as a whole. However, if Tyrone GAA people in general are as narrow-minded and self-absorbed as these couple of posters here, then going forward, I may be changing my opinion of Tyrone. Seems your only "solutions" are to force a true dual county such as ourselves - where over 90% of players play both hurling and football - to cut the number of championship games it provides for its players. All for the benefit of counties where most clubs neglect hurling, so that provincial club football championships can start a bit sooner. It is so long ago since Ballygunner played they have bed sores. Only two of their players played football. Dessie and Coughlan. The inter county club championship should be played early the following year to put everyone on an even footing. Complete shut down Nov. Dec. Jan.
