Massive game today, word is LN is they are confident. I think the first two games will determine promotion.

There won't be any easy games. As usual in div 4. Carlow beat Tipp, While Laois barely beat Longford, who beat Dublin in the Byrne Cup final.

There will be nothing easy but if we didn't win today it would have been difficult to come back from. Laois up next - the win today is what they needed. Will be interesting to hear how they went.

Was at the game, slow start by Wexford, only 1 point in the 1st 14 mins and London scored a decent goal. Wexford took control with a some well taken points towards the end of the 1st half and then pretty much dominated the game without ever looking like running up a major score. Good goal in the 2nd half, got the job done and a better result than last year at home to the same opposition. Decent conditions and good size crowd, mainly Wexford.

a win is a win, beating the second worst team in the league by 4 pts is nothing to get carried away with but as iv said saturdays game is the big one i think, was at the 2 games last year and there is nothing to fear but im sure they have improved but so have we, and i think for the first time i think hegerty has a injury free panel [with the exception of michael furlong], i see their keeper scored from play, not unusual now i suppose, looking forward to it, hopefully its dry and we get a crowd, they play a good style of football to watch

Hopefully a big crowd turns up Saturday, its a massive game, think Div 4 is wide open this year, no obvious outstanding team who shouldn't be in the division by right unlike previous years with the likes of Derry, Cavan and Westmeath dropping 2 or 3 divisions.

This weekend's game will play a big part in deciding Division 4 winners. I wouldn't read too much into the result last weekend. London will catch a few teams out with the way they play and a 5 point victory could look very good when we look back in it all in a few weeks. Biggest concern for me is that our best starting 15 hasn't been out yet. The two best goalkeepers in the championship last year are nowhere to be seen. I was in Ruislip last Sunday. We won the battle around the middle third. Gavin Sheehan, Pauric Hughes, Kevin O'Grady and Cian Hughes when he came on were very good.

I wouldn't be 1 bit surprised to see 1 or both of them starting, there should be a decent crowd as passes were distributed in primary schools like the London game last year, that got over 3k alot of whom were kids obviously.

Not sure it will necessarily be the starting team.

Last week Carty started instead of Porter, all managers do it here or there these days.

yes but that was because of injury, not quite putting out dummy team but i think that fad has passed mostly now with counties

Not a fad, and is here to stay. Very useful decision not to name correct starting team. Hopefully gaa changes to squad numbers soon.
