If Carrickedmond are successful in their appeal does that mean that this weekend's matches could be declared null and void.
A bumper payday for County Board

That would almost be funny and all the winners this weekend should absolutely refuse to play a qtr final again.

Carrickedmond have just gained serious backing from 3 unnamed senior clubs within the county. More as I hear it!!!

I've said it all year to anyone building up Rathcline and the management team after beating Granard, they are no good and haven't beaten anyone. Abbeylara kept them in the game with 14 wides, Rathcline's first half goal coming from a dropped shot. Dire performance by them, giving up the kick out and running everyone back behind the their own 45 will get you nowhere.

Rathcline tactics were horrible, management have a lot to answer for.

Rathcline were planning for a defensive system against Killoe before they had even gotten by Abbeylara. Awful stuff to watch, Abbeylara should have been out of sight. Terrible game of football, Killoe will have a comfortable semi final without a doubt!

What's everyone's general opinion on what's going to happen next in the whole Carrickedmond situation? My personal belief is Mullinaghtas appeal in the CCC will be yet again be accepted by the new committee and then do Carrickedmond have the right to fight it again with the DRA?

What are the grounds fir Carrickedmond appeal. Referee admitted his mistake.

No excuses. Colmcille the hungrier, better team. Young lads have much to learn, Colmcille were not champions two years ago for no reason. Impossible to look past Killoe as predicted from the beginning. Carrickedmond can go to the DRA, everyone has that right. They are wasting their time and refusing to show up for games they will spoil their year entirely by getting relegated

I probably agree with your summary it's a mess the whole thing. Cb left last minute to arrange appeal dates which doesn't help either. Now the finals played makes even messier can we go back?

I can see Carrickedmond point on this however it's awkward situation I wouldn't blame mul for situation which like if most clubs they thought they won and was evidence they had right to appeal originally after ref admitted but also can see why carrick appealed giving they weren't aware score was wrong either.

A complete mess but another issue this shows up cb very quiet not a statement .

Overall it's a shame and not go public image of championship.

Its a very unfortunate situation Carrickedmond find themselves in. Going by the rules they will have to accept their fate. Unless they can exploit a technicality or the CCC make a balls of it, they cannot overturn a corrected result once it is correct. Life is **** sometimes and **** things happen undeservedly. This is one they will just have to take on the chin.

Agree.
Hard luck by Kiloe but wouldn't rule out colmcile or MULlinalaghta . On any day they would be toughest opponents probably for Kiloe

Ban temporarily lifted in DRA on a technicality. His original appeal has to be heard by a new Leinster CCCC Committee
