Replying To ecad123:  "I see the match is now a double header with the Dublin football team, and they have increased the price which is annoying as I have no interest in the second game but still have to pay the 25euros, surly this is not fair on Galway supporters??"
I'd pay the extra 10 quid to not have to go to Parnell to be honest. Also unsure why the county board didn't push to have a Galway double header this Saturday in Salthill.

Congratulations to the Galway Minors! Big win over a very good Cork side. Galway play a great Clare side in the Minor All Ireland. Should be awesome. Galway Abu.

Congratulations! You predicted a Galway v Clare AI final from the outset

Did he ? I know he has predicted that for senior alright. Clare appear to be his 2nd most liked team after Galway!

Six games and six wins for the minors with all games won by double digits. Kicked on well when Cork got back within 3 points yesterday.

Based on current trend, these boys won't start losing 'til 2026, when we're expecting an under 20 all-ireland out of them.

11pts up at half time v Antrim, 0-04 from C Cooney. Bad luck for C Mannion hamstring gone again!

A very lethargic game and not great with Cathal going off with a hamstring and Fintan with a head injury. On the plus side McLoughlin and Conor Cooney were sharp in the forward line. Some nice goals in the second half. Antrim are long way ahead of Westmeath anyway, they have some decent forwards.

Nothing to play for next week and with the injuries picked up today I'd expect a heavily rotated side next week. Onwards then to the Leinster final.

We do probably need something from the game next week but should be beating Dublin with whatever side lines out.

6-33 v Westmeath, 5-29 v Antrim all good individual scores with a good strong squad. Expecting another big score next weekend v Dublin.

Great scoring to be sure but Dublin will be stiffer and more physical. Galway Abu.

My only concern for next weekend v Dublin is getting more injured! We always seem to get players injured when playing unorthodox teams who don't really understand the rules or how the game is played!

How in the name of god did Wexford just lose to Westmeath? They looked an appalling outfit when we played them in Mullingar.

Galway have never beaten Dublin in Croke Park in championship hurling, and have lost or drawn with them on no less than FIVE championship occasions in the past 13 seasons or so. That's 2011, 2013, 2015, 2019 & 2021. With a record like that, 'should be beating Dublin' seems like a bit of a stretch, and especially in Croke Park.

I'd say Katser be best sticking to making the bookies wealthier. I just hope he's on the exchanges :-)

How many times have Galway played Dublin in Croke Park, in Championship hurling?

It's great to have a chance to change that record. We'd never beaten Waterford in championship hurling before the 2017 All-Ireland final.

Of course we need to get something out of it. On all known form Kilkenny will beat Wexford and will end up on 9 points. If Dublin beat us both teams will finish on 7 points and Dublin will be in through to the Leinster final by virtue of the head to head result.
