I think all 3 will be dancing in the streets if they manage to stay up themselves….!!!

Kildare are in Division 3 so I would be surprised if they go down. I fancy them to go up. I tip Louth and Cavan to finish mid table.

I fancy Kildare to go back up. Last day of the league Louth are playing Meath in Inniskeen. I wonder will history repeat itself when on Easter Sunday 8th of April 2012 in Navan, Louth beat Meath on the last day of the league to stay up and relegate the Royals.

i wouldnt be surprised if Meath turned the tables on Louth this time and stay up while relegating Louth, I think Louth will struggle with the new rules and could be a surprise for the drop along with westmeath. im sure it would be a very sweet victory for the Royals after last summer.

Just joking as they are both maybe seen as dearby counties by Louth and Cavan to have the two Meath teams relegated would be fun for them let alone just westmeath going down which i think are odds on to now with john heslin and ronan otoole as well as a good few others gone

Since 2022 Louth have played their home league matches at Ardee. In that time they played 10 matches and have won 7 of them. They lost the other 3 so their home record is good. In Inniskeen they have played 2 matches and won both of them. Wee have 3 matches in Ardee this year and 1 in Inniskeen. I be confident of staying up.

Yeah John Heslin is a huge loss to Westmeath and I think they will struggle this year.

Backed Tipp, Armagh and Donegal on accumlator today. Tipp and Orchard county have played their part. Expect Donegal to win well tonight with dubs in transition. Dublin have never beaten Donegal in Ballybofey which is Donegal lucky pitch. CorkLiamMcCarthy24 (Cork) - Posts: 98 - 01/02/2025 19:15:31 2588788 Link 0 |
It's not hard to say that at near half 7 on Saturday night.

Donegal winning well so finally win a bet. Dubs are brutal.

Probably 5/6 starters for the championship. Doubt Farrell be losing sleep. Good selection from county championship in fact showing the very high standard in the county SFC. O'Donnell looks a bit at sea. Not an instinctual forward and the new rules don't as some including myself thought really favour the big ball winning forward. Hopefully he might pick up his stick again and abandon that oul stuff. BarneyGrant (Dublin) - Posts: 3427 - 02/02/2025 09:51:57 2588840 Link 0 |

Derry and Mayo with 2 losses are facing the threat of relegation. Roscommon and Monaghan as expected are leading the way in Division 2. Good start to the league for Offaly who occupy the promotion places along with Kildare. Wexford off to a strong start in Division 4. Early days yet. legendzxix (Kerry) - Posts: 8535 - 03/02/2025 05:26:10 2589123 Link 0 |
Kerry will walk this league and championship. The dubs and Mayo are in transition. Galway always fold against them and northern teams wont be able for Kingdom men under the new rules. CorkLiamMcCarthy24 (Cork) - Posts: 98 - 03/02/2025 22:45:43 2589311 Link 1 |
Galway, Armagh and Donegal look to be the early favourites. Kerry were very fortunate to win at the weekend. Sure we'll hope for the best.

Wins for Galway and Donegal this weekend could go along way for both being finalists. Roscommon and Monaghan clash in Division 2. Both looking to bounce back from relegation. legendzxix (Kerry) - Posts: 8535 - 13/02/2025 07:35:00 2590808 Link 0 |
Can see Donegal easing off towards the end of league and not reaching the final. The Ulster championship starts for them directly after a possible final. As for us the next block of games (Monaghan (H) Meath (A) Cork (A) will pretty much decide if we are to be promoted or not.

Always a funny one with the league. Such a good competition but then teams are falling over each other to avoid the finals that very few want axed!!! legendzxix (Kerry) - Posts: 8535 - 14/02/2025 13:42:11 2590976 Link 0 |
