He would buy a season ticket but when it comes to a big game, you are charged and don't get to sit with your family. I doubt the guarantee of an All-Ireland ticket is a worry Wexford season ticket holders will have....."
I could be wrong here but is it not limited to one ticket for most games such as Leinster Finals or All Ireland Quarter Finals aswell

No, not the case. My friend have two group tickets. At all the Limerick games we get tickets beside each other, even as late as last Sunday in Cork and we have already booked adjoining seats for the four Round Robin games.

Does GAAGo have individual match packets like they used to? I seem to remember being put off by the season ticket offer they had a couple of months back given the other subscription services I already pay for (with far superior stream quality and production values). But I wouldn't mind being able to access one-off games where it applies to Wexford- although it'll probably be over-priced too!

Replying To ElGranSenor:  "Honest question: Is there any reason why you don't have a season ticket if you end up going to every game anyway?"
Honest answer I don't know. I do this every year. You would've thought I'd of learnt by now! Partly its having 4 smallish kids and being flat broke after Xmas in January and February. Also I never plan on going to all the games it just happens most years.

Replying To ChinCanHurl:  "I'll be in Galway on the 22nd but I can guarantee you the wexford support will be very very small. We have some weird reputation as great supporters when it couldn't be further from the truth, we are bandwagoners. Our core support is fantastic but unfortunately not big enough. Get to a leinster final though and it all changes and we could have 35,000 up there.

The great wexford support myth was busted in Thurles last year. Pathetic turn out for a massive game."
We are like Kilkenny only less successful. There's alot of friends of mine who have been to every Leinster and AI SF and Final but actually no other game. They wouldn't know where any other intercounty ground is apart from Croke Park. I can actually think of a couple who haven't even been to Wexford Park in so long I can't remember the day.

Ah maybe so. I wasn't there tbtf. Mightve ended up barred from games for life.

I've been to a few when Wexford aren't playing in them. Great occasions!

Replying To ExiledInWex:  "On the other theme, I have relations living in Tipp and know that it isn't what they are re this incident. I can also tell you that I was on a train back from Croke Park a few years ago and what I witnessed by young Wexford people was not 1 bit better and the whole journey home was uncomfortable, intimidating, hostile. Don't fool yourselves that Tipp supporters are any worse than your own. Or any other county.
But, there are very few organisations with a bigger inability to deal with discipline matters than the GAA.
Life bans, etc pointless as the other poster said who will enforce it, who will stop me going in with a cap and sunglasses on?
The GAA can't just wash their hands of these incidents and let omertha take over. At any level, a citizen was racially abused and that it happened on GAA property doesn't make it less of a criminal matter. Otherwise, these incidents will just continue and similar to referee abuse and assaults a line in the sand has to be drawn."
This isn't a GAA problem this is a social problem. The GAA aren't the government, why do people keep blaming them and making them responsible for issues that are prevalent across our community. I get it that this happened in a GAA match but I reckon they work as hard as anybody else to try to resolve these social issues.

Also why do you think any of the other organisations handle this any Better? Usual GAA bashing *****, they do a lot of good and at times take the brunt for our social issues.

They are promising an improved product this year. The kids got me the GAAGO package when it was on sale before Xmas.

I used to get one and stopped, first reason is zero value in them now and second reason was the same as mentioned, all family members need to have one. You did get the option to buy extra for some games but we'd all be moved to rubbish seats! I still go to all games and will be in Galway

I wouldn't be too concerned about the game.

No matt, no mac, no dee, Rory was only a cameo and Richie played sweeper for some reason.

It was a serious beating but it was very experimental from us.

We saw Clare put up a massive score and improved loads for Cork and limerick with some changes.

I doubt we'd be shipping a score like that with dee floating around the back.

Because the GAA tolerate these issues more than many organisations.
They also tolerate people hitting referees and deal with these issues in terms of unenforacable bans.
The statement from Tipperary on Saturday before they condoned the incident was washing their hands of the individual.
A much more appropriate statement would have been:
"An incident occurred, the Gardai were called and the individual was arrested on the scene. Tipperary GAA have a zero-tolerance approach to such abuse of players". He might not be anything to do with them, but their reaction has everything to do with them.

Imagine racially abusing somebody at a rugby match and the IRFU coming out with a statement where the first line is "the individual is nothing to do with us" followed by generic jargon.

The GAA tolerate these incidents more. I grew up in Northside of Dublin and these sort of incidents would not have been tolerated then let alone now. I get it was a more diverse place but this incident must not be brushed under the carpet and forgotten any more than the next referee being assaulted should be. What will happen now? Move on, the statement dealt with it? Did it?

Rory started the game while mac and dee came on as far as I know. I hope you are right . Its impossible to predict what our starting 15 will be or how we will go. I just hope we arent going in too under cooked.

I buy the yearly pass for club championship in Wexford which is fantastic value if someone gets to enough games but never buy the intercounty pass for the exact reasons you gave.

U20 Leinster championship games are on clubber.ie, TG4 probably will show the knockout games, think only Senior are on GAAGO.

Is 11.99 not a bit pricey for an underage game with 1 camera?
I am hoping to go to the game and see family and I get the argument that it saves travelling costs, etc but at the same time I think its a bit much considering GAA Go don't charge more for a senior match?

And if one is in an area with middling broadband that can be a nuisance as well
