Armagh Vs Galway

I hope the brave eye gouger is identified and gets a life suspension..low and cowardly act,as bad as spitting..it destroyed what was a decent game of football..croke park don't deserve any credit either, dressing rooms all over place and both teams leaving together to go in a tunnel..I know they should be able but it's not the first time it has happened..a lot of hangers on also got involved,to many around playing area..I wonder will the players who end up getting suspended fight their case..also felt sorry for Kelly because I think he went after the filthy eye gouger..

True, Donegal were poor and Tyrone were dirt poor yet Armagh fell over the line.

If a team is not protected from the dirt that Armagh were at for the game then it is a problem.Galway did gift the draw but call a spade a spade Armagh were filthy and got away with it.

Fair play to Galway, amazing to keep their head to win on penalties after losing a 7 point lead.

Armagh, once more showing once more they should be playing UFC rather than GAA

Suggest you take a look at it again. Not the first time there's been unsavoury incidents involving Armagh.....

WOW!!!!! What a game! Galway tried to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory! Hard luck Armagh! Great comeback. Galway Abu!

Great penalties from Galway, but in honesty the better team who should have won it normal time.
Excellent opportunity to get to the All Ireland Final.... Well done Galway!

A fantastic game of football. But not even close to the epic Armagh support here today. What an atmosphere they brought.

A tough way to lose I have to say there was a few niggles from Armagh and off the ball stuff on Walsh especially but overall you have to credit their strength of mindset to come back from the dead the way they did. Rian really stood up with that free at the end of normal time, incredible.

But in reality, Galway were miles ahead of them in my opinion. They looked fantastic after that flurry in the first 20. If not for 3 insanely weak goals to give away, they'd have won by 6 or 7. Finnerty and McDaid were sensational.

Really looking forward to that semi final now

Jesus. I meant to say congratulations to Galway. Delighted for them and Damien Comer but especially the Galway goalkeeper. Things didn't always go his way but himself and Galway found the way. Derry beware!

Game lived up to its hype but after 70 minutes Galway 1-16 to 0-13 ahead with the man advantage it looked like a easy win for Galway.

Good character by Galway to earn a draw in extra, huge impact by McDaid and earned their luck with the penalty shootout win. All the best to our neighbours v Derry

Nasty stuff from Armagh in the melee. Delighted one of the Galway team landed a dig on the eye gouger. Well done Galway!!

Tough luck to Armagh but I don't feel there will be much sympathy around Ireland after some of their antics today. Had the audacity earlier in the year to blame Donegal for scheming to have their players banned. As if they need any assistance! That will do Galway the world of good before a big tussle now with Derry

We are so proud of Sean Kelly. How he represents his club. How he leads out Galway .He is such an inspiration to every young boy and girl in Moycullen and I'm sure to many others in Galway. Plays with such heart and conducts himself so well on and off the pitch. His family are rightfully bursting with pride

He will be back for the semi final

The result was justice

Great game and fierce excitement…. Galway just about deserved to go through as they were the better team… How on earth were the 2 players singled out to get red cards before extra time started as they didn't seem to do much wrong….. a woeful decision

Better team won despite a lottery shootout. Galway will have to sort the high ball issue though.

Were Galway/Tyrone/Donegal innocent lads? See the pattern?
