Replying To LaLu:  "Magnificent spirit from these lads. The last 15 minutes were as exciting as we have had in a while. In those conditions, away from home to hit seven points in a row was outstanding. Sam and Conor were excellent upfront but the tackling, support play and sheer effort from all of the lads was a credit. Up there with Armagh in 2013 as one of our best away days. Maith sibh uilig."
Sounds like a great game and performance. Hope they keep it going for next weekend as Westmeath would be a great scalp. We can do it.

What a finish, long time since i seen that from Louth, usually it goes the other way, he is building character for sure and he will grow this team.

Any chance the real team will be on programme on Sunday. Should be fair to the paying supporters.

Great result today and great team performance, well done lads. Best game I have seen Louth play in years keep it going as Westmeath are no pushovers, Heslin was good but Sam was better. Some serious amount of frees, didn't get some of them.

Another big win and Louth are now finishing strong which is a great sign, is Casey an impact sub or just cannot start?

Eoghan and Campbell back also for next game, we should have enough to win.

Great win on Sunday. The boys are really going for it Sone powerful tackling by the backs and reliable scoring by Sam. He will need more help as we progress. Worry about kick out strategy. Too predictable. Niall Sharkey was available and free most times but not used by James.
I think Casey must not be 100% fit. No other reason why he doesn't start.
Keep it going Micky and the boys.

Fermanagh are flying at the moment but could be a good time to meet them in one sense, Louth by 2.

Good luck to the lads to-night. Will be close but we can do it. Keep the spirit of the last two games going.

Great team display and great result for Louth today against a decent Fermanagh side. They had their goal chances early and didn't take them. We did and could have more. We showed great composure in the last 10 minutes to not let them in. Good to see more forwards scoring and showing for the ball. Sam Mulroy was good again today, and Tommy Durnin was great in midfield for us with some outstanding fielding, well done to all players and management. We are getting better.

Great win indeed. Winning these tight games, three in a row now plus Sam's last minute draw in Longford, is a powerful confidence builder.and could be very important if head to head comes into play at the end of the league.
In Enniskillen the fighting spirit of everyone was plain to see.Bevan,Tommy and Sam led the way. When Casey can give 70 minutes it will be a huge boost. Still worry about James wandering..He did make a wonderful save when the pressure was on.
Roll on Antrim. I believe we can do it. And then we might have a party in the Garden.

Well done, long time since i seen this from Louth. Different level of closing out games. I think we can take Antrim.

Hi just wondering if Louth now promoted ( given our head to head results against Antrim and Westmeath) even if we lose next week?

If Limerick draw, and there is a clear winner in the other match, and we lose, then three teams will be on 9 points and we would lose out on points difference.
As for today's game, another great display. They are giving us great days. Conall McKeever was my man of match, closely followed by Tommy Durnin. But everyone of them should hold their heads high. Their intensity is excellent.

Another great performance from the team, more of the players stepping up. McConnell, McKeever, Sharkey, Tommy and Sam very good today. Antrim ran out of ideas. We missed a lot of chances though. Would like to Byrne, Burns and Downey take their chances and we would put teams to bed earlier instead, Antrim get a lucky goal and we were in a battle for a bit. Good to pull away in the end. Well done all.

Serious effort and missing so many players, we now have a panel. Wicklow by 6 and go up.
