Why is it certain clubs supporters boo wen opposition teams miss shots ? I really can't get my head around it
Am not naming clubs but at least 6/7 clubs are so bad for it and it's actually sad

Congratulations Naomh Padraig Uisce Chaoin. A brilliant achievement for a club that have done serious good work at underage over the last 10 years. I saw them twice in the league this year and was very impressed. Took a few scalps vs senior championship teams in Division 2 in what is a really young team too.

Looking at yesterday's team, there's probably about 10 of them who were under 21 last year and out of the starting team, there's maybe only one lad over 25 (Joe mccauley). They've put huge trust in those young lads the last few years and it's fantastic to see them getting their rewards from it now. Can see them being really competitive at Intermediate next year.

Seems to be a mixture of sad adults who seem to be into the sledging mindset and then younger groups who are watching too many TikToks of soccer chanting in the PL. Thankfully it's a minority but it's not nice to see in our games. Especially at club level. In a crowd of 80K in Croker it's somewhat understandable but in a quiet town in Donegal with a crowd of a few hundred people it's sad stuff.

It crept into the game, I think they first fans I heard at it were the Mayo fans and a lot of sets of fans do it now, I hate to hear it, it's childish nonsense.

It's usually cheeky wee kids, and decent kids can get caught up in it if clear directions from adults is lacking. A word from stewards usually sorts it out, as does confiscating any noise-making devices they may have. And a note to the clubs that repeat offences at future games will see fines being levied.

Dominant win for Four Masters against Naomh Conaill, expect them to go on and win it but Glenswilly won't be easy beat. Some serious serious talent about Donegal Town and I don't think it'll be long before they're right up there at senior level.

I see the winners of the U21 C Cup had 10 subs on Friday night. My understanding is that this competition was changed to 13 a side so that the smaller clubs could field in it.

It wasn't for clubs like the winners with more than sufficient numbers to drop down to win a handy cup and parade it around the parish like an All Ireland.

We need to have a serious look at the grading of clubs in underage competitions in this county.

I was just thinking about this over the weekend.
This crop remind me of the Bundoran underage team of 10-15 years winning all at underage but never quite made it to senior. Although I do think this FM underage setup is better and will definitely go on to win a at least one county. \

The real question is could we see Lacey leaving kilcoo and coming home to manage?
Could be a massive stepping stone to take the Donegal job in 5-6 years time

Very emotional speech, fair play to the whole squad and management. Naomh Padraig have done amazing this year and without their top 2 players being fully fit (McColgan and Lynch) they got the goals that won them the game, fair play.

I know one club who wanted to play in the C competition but we're never given the chance. They were just placed in the B competition and then in one of their games they only had 13 players available and had to concede the game, while some of the teams in the C competition had benches loaded with subs

Think I know who you're talking about? A middle of the road intermediate club if I'm correct.

And then you had two senior clubs in the C final the other night.

No logic to it.

Could be a very tempting proposition for him but I wonder is it too soon considering how well his Kilcoo team are going, perhaps in 2-3 years? If he still lectures in ATU it could make his life a whole lot easier.

The only difference between them is that one would pay and the other wouldn't.
