Glad I stayed up for that. I don't want to say 'bad', but two bad teams produced a great game…ironic!

Galway shudda walked out by 10-15 points. Whelan? Hope he's okay… great player! Did you see the disgust on Henry's face? They'll tar the roads tomorrow!

Wexford? The heart and the passion never dies!

Great game, for me (neutral).

A big or a small ass Tommy?

As poor as Wexford.Don't think anyone should be giving a dig after watching that game.

We threw that one away, Galway were by far the better team - wides and some bad decision making in the 2nd half did the damage.

Anyway, regardless of the result there was a lot of encouragement to take from that. It was never going to be easy going down to Wexford, it's all about how we turn it around against Kilkenny and of course Westmeath next weekend.

I am more confident than what I was this morning of us making top 3.

Far and away the better team in the first half alright but certainly not in the second. A poor game with a poor ref tbf. Hopefully both teams pick it up for the next round.

Also where did the ref get seven and half minutes of injury time when only five was indicated? The stopwatch has to be taken out of the ref's hands and like the ladies football have an independent clock for total time including stoppages etc.

Galway will definitely improve and get better we were atleast 10pts a better team, but not much hope for Wexford. Any team that tries to play with 14 men in their own half and leave one lad up front in front of their home supporters?? This is hurling not soccer!

Ah come on now where did you get kilkenny out of? You have to laugh at those Limerick posters - well I suppose they had 45 years of nothing to look forward to before they suddenly "invented hurling" in 2018! lol

We have seen this before, but it must be noted always it is AT LEAST how ever many minutes is involved. If the Galway player had stood up and driven the free with reasonable accuracy-it was have been wind assisted- it might well have been a score and he also caused more time to be added on. You have to admit that Chin for a man who has been out injured for some considerable time, did very well to convert both chances into the breeze and from distance.
