Replying To Ollie2:  "Well done to the Meath ladies. What is it with Meath supporters living along the Louth border near Drogheda coming in and mouthing off about 1957 and 2010? They give the rest of Meath supporters a bad name. I seen with my own eyes today."
Really? That's bad form Ollie. I remember from my time around that area they'd be banter but nothing more. Celebrate definitely, but that's uncalled for. I celebrated in Westmeath last night with my Meath top on among Westmeath supporters in their tops. All good humoured.

Congratulations Meath ladies, fantastic team performance and great individual skill. Amazing fitness levels with constant movement supporting each other from the throw in. Sensed something was afoot with this group when the ran Cork to 2 points in the group stages and made a point of seeing them live on Tg4 against Tipperary, Armagh and Cork. Think there would be a record attendance in normal times without restrictions especially with 3 other Leinster counties involved.

Agree with you give them there day they were brilliant, apart from your point scoring comments what point scoring do I have to gain for stating the obvious..

Congrats to Meath…what a performance and win. To win a senior less than a year after winning intermediate is the stuff of dreams. Hard luck to the Dubs…great champions.

I dont think it is exaggerating to say that the Meath Ladies have moved Ladies football up a level.
Which in fairness Dublin and Cork did before them.

Place and time, not the thread for it, it's irrelevant. About as relevant as if I mentioned Baltinglass and Rathnew.

Yeah. And the media attention it has produced has been amazing, for all the right reasons

Congrats to the Meath Ladies they were absolutely brilliant and so well organised. Our men's team could learn a thing or two from the passion and fight that they showed. Also congrats to Dublin on an incredible run

The senior Camogie final yesterday was fantastic, well done to Galway and Cork. The skill and standard of hurling was really inspiring.
