Cant wait. Hopefully both sides play as well as they are capable of and we will have a classic!

Fierce hard one to call. The sideline may be as enthralling as the action on the pitch Southsham (Limerick) - Posts: 738 - 14/07/2021 13:28:48 2359765 Link 0 |
Hard one to call. Are Wexford on the road a bit longer than Clare? Davy and Wexford TippRed (Tipperary) - Posts: 42 - 14/07/2021 14:02:00 2359779 Link 0 |
Any word if Shane O' Donnell is available for Clare on Saturday? Bon (Kildare) - Posts: 1898 - 14/07/2021 17:09:53 2359875 Link 1 |
Seemingly Brian Lohan has been saying mean things about Wexford and when the gates open on Saturday the Yellow Bellies will be like wild horses taking to the field! Well at least that's what Davy is probably saying to the lads this week..! Ban (Westmeath) - Posts: 1415 - 14/07/2021 18:22:38 2359892 Link 1 |

I would love to get Wexford in Round 2 but ,unfortunately it's Clare to win. katser (Galway) - Posts: 2193 - 14/07/2021 20:16:36 2359921 Link 2 |
If they had seven men sinbinned in extra time how could they have 14 men behind the ball?

I'll be positive Wexford by 3. Waterford by 8. Limerick by 2. Kilkenny by 2. Viking66 (Wexford) - Posts: 11734 - 14/07/2021 21:34:38 2359943 Link 0 |
I dare say Wexford or Clare would love to play a Galway team who bottled it (yet again) against Dublin. Wexford lost to Kilkenny, after extra-time, in a hard fought game. The final score flattered Kilkenny. They'll be more than a match for Galway. Clare have beaten Waterford by 4 points, and lost to Tipp by 4 points. I doubt, if they beat Wexford, they'll be too worried about Galway. Stick to raving about your minors and U20's. Cockney_Cat (UK) - Posts: 2447 - 14/07/2021 22:09:42 2359953 Link 0 |
It's an "if" but if Galway hit top form they are a better outfit than either Clare or Wexford.

That means that Wexford will definitely win. You've never been within an ass's roar of getting a hurling prediction right.

I have no use for the side show that has become Wexford and Clare managers. StoreysTash (Wexford) - Posts: 1732 - 15/07/2021 10:14:14 2360013 Link 0 |

I thought Davy was staying one year too many. To be fair, the Kilkenny game proved otherwise. They were very unfortunate to lose that game in normal time. They could have been playing for provincial glory this Saturday but now they are playing to stay in the Championship! How fine the margins can be!
