A like button should be in place but no dislike. if you only want to say something negative then say it otherwise leave it"
Liking your own multiple alter egos' posts doesn't count

Replying To GreenandRed:  "No bother. Your one of the fairest most repectful posters on here Supersub and a proud Carlow man and Supersub is your only username. Hope you and yours are keeping well."
Just out of interest:
How do you know Supersub is his only usename?
In fact, how do you know how many usernames anybody on here has?
Finally, how many usernames do I have?

I don't get this. You're saying it's ok to agree with someone, but not to disagree with them. Disagreeing with someone's opinion, doesn't mean you dislike them.

Im not saying that at all.
Im saying there should be a way to appreciate a post without posting but if you cant say why you disagree with a post then that option shouldnt be there ie no red thumbs.
if you disagree with a post you must post why you disagree with the post

I don't. But I think he's a sound poster. You're taking my reply too literally. I neither know nor care how many usernames you have.

Majority of sites dont use negative ranking of posts which ultimately are what the red thumbs are
if you cant say it then you shouldnt be just down rating. That is very different to the green thumbs

The standalone green thumb is a shambolic emoji that belittles the contentious, The GAA And "Northern Ireland" thread debate, and the rest, the lone green thumb makes a mockery of balance and the views from the not in favor side, these anonymous green and red emoji's carry the same values as us anonymous posters. - it's as if the traffic lights are stuck on green favoring traffic coming at you from all directions.

Can the way videos and any form on link to other sites be better
You should just be able to post a hyperlink without having to put in the url code at bottom [url=]link

A block poster, preventing them replying to you, might be useful.

Might be helpful. But mods not pre modding posts would have to come in at same time

Just noticed the way Green thumbs are popping up all over the place, in some cases for an embarrassing one liner is it time to get rid of them once and for all.
