how do you know for a fact that he's not interested? if he, McGuinness, shows any interest in the role he should be offered a full time paid position within the County and his role should not be limited to managing/coaching the county team. Do enlighten us Martin? Because: 1. It won't have been money given the support we have in Ireland and overseas, and 2.
