Big weekend for teams this weekend, some can put themselves into quarters while others could be facing a huge relegation battle,
Can cross keep up the great performance from Castletown match,
Can St James get themselves back on track
Can Bunclody build on their draw with the champs, can gorey get a step closer to quarter final and push on for senior double, can st annes get a performance
so many questions to answer

Sarsfields v St James- Think St James might struggle like their rivals Fethard age profile is getting on but can still produce a performance. Will call a Draw.
Starlights V Anne's: Anne's need to show something soon aswell or could be In trouble. Will call another draw.
Gusserane v Bunclody: Gusserane have good forwards to win by 3
Kilanerin v Crossabeg: Kilanerin should have too much but Crossabeg have a chance. Kilanerin by 4
Shels v Gorey: Shels by 7
Castletown v Glynn Barntown: Could be close again think Castletown will have enough by 2

Have Crossabeg Ballymurn emerged as contenders for the title now. Two big wins against strong football clubs who would have been favourites before a ball was kicked. Also think Gusserane will have a big say in this years championship.

Funny that they would see themselves as a Hurling club and in the Hurling they will be lucky to avoid relegation the way they are going. The way Kilanerin are going they could be in trouble to qualify for the QFs - do they still have players missing or are they just going very bad?

Its probably the first year in a few that Cross have had the Foleys and Devereuxs around, Ronan hasnt been playing must have an injury if he gets back to full fitness they are huge contenders, very big mobile team , mark byrne is super form also,
Castletown had a big win v Glynn yesterday puts them in a good position now,
Kilanerin v Castletown will be a humdinger in 3 weeks, Kilanerin had everyone bar Cian Hughes back last weekend,
Much needed win for St Annes also makes the next round of games in that group massive,
Gusserane are true in other group and Shels are true also with lads to come back from injury for them,
St James v Bunclody next match loser of that seems destines for relegation both clubs be praying players come true the hurling injury free
Gorey have a great chance of making quarters sars and bunclody to play i think they can win both of them

Very open championship so far. Great to see it so competitive with all teams still having a chance of making the quarter-final stages. I am interested to see how teams like Gorey will go when the hurling championship starts

For sure. It's all been a bit of a phoney war so far.

Anyone see on Twitter about Adrian Flynn running a player of the week for the football along with a couple of other ex-county players? Fair play to the lads but it is terrible that they feel that they need to do it to give the football teams and players some recognition.
