Replying To Kerry15:  "Okunbor is very raw, he's not at the standard required at the moment but there's potential there.

Murphy has gone back this year he was better in other years. Keep him as number 2 this year because he has experience but I think it would be wise to identity a new keeper and bring him into training with the view of being number 2 next year.

I don't understand why Warren is getting so many chances. He had a poor county championship last year and is way off it physically.

Burns is limited but in fairness can be good coming on last 10 minutes to close out a game.

Dylan Casey I rate, he has done very well with nearly every chance he has been given. He should have been given more game time in recent games.

Tony Brosnan isn't a starter but is undoubtedly one of the top 5 inside forwards in the county along with Clifford, Geaney, Killian Spillane and Donal O'Sullivan."
Agree with nearly everything you posted but I would add in Darragh Roche to the inside forwards. He knows how to score.

I think Roche has had his chance and failed to take it, Saturday was his 3rd ineffective game in a row. He's not better than any of the other 5 so there's no game time there for him when it comes to championship. He's lacking in a few areas such as his link up play and defensive work rate.

Have to disagree with you. He was quiet the last day but did hurt his hand in the first half. Last game v Tyrone was the only game he failed to score in. He was our best forward v Donegal and had a great game v Monaghan too. I think he is a very good scoring forward. Its also his first season although he s a seasoned club player. I think you ré being a tad harsh on him but that's just my opinion.

Who would you say he is better than out of the other 5? He did well in the first 2 games on the soft ground and when he was the main man, ever since the big guns have returned he's struggled. I think he's a league footballer and there's a reason why he's never gotten an opportunity at IC before this despite being 28. Donal Down is very exciting, he's young and offers something different to all our other forwards.

I think he is better than Killian and Tony. I would have Dónal Down head of him alright although East Kerry management don't agree. David and Paul ahead of him alright imo. Now I'm a big fan of Dónal Down too but he only started one game I think v Monaghan and he was excellent but so was Darragh Roche same day so I still say you judging Darragh a little harsh.

Tony Brosnan has had more than enough chances now. Not good enough at intercounty level

Fair play to the two Clifford boys lining out today. Possibly a good distraction for them maybe.

Tough blow that puts football into perspective.

Deepest sympathies to the Clifford family, hope the the two boys drew comfort from honouring their Mam today.

Sure she was very proud to have seen her sons represent their county, fulfil dreams and win the big one last year.

R.I.P

So proud of the GAA and what it means to us all and the Cliffords showed it yesterday,
So sorry to hear about your Mum,
I believe today she is beaming with pride and rightly so,

RIP MRS CLIFFORD

Deepest sympathies to the Clifford family on the loss of their mother - RIP. What tremendous ambassadors the lads are for our wonderful game and for your great tradition in Kerry - to go out and do what they did in a Munster final yesterday was more than brave and a real testament to their character.

Disagree. Playing a playmaker role this year. Probably ahead of Geaney and Spillane now.

Well done

You went down fighting like Champions, you can ask for much more.

It's very hard to do back to backs in the modern game and despite maybe not hitting your best form across the year, you were still only a kick of a ball away from doing it.

Lick your wounds but you'll be back in spades.

No fear of that.

Kerry will come back fighting and hungry next year. Dublin wanted this one more as it will probably be the last harrah for the greatest team of any generation.
Statistics will show that JOC has never won back to back All Irelands.

True unless he wins the next two. However Jack has a great record that no one has either. The longest spells from his first to last win. First win 2004 last win 2022.An 18 year gap. Also many great manager never did back to back like John Ó Mahony Joe Kernan Paidi Ó Sé Mickey Harte Pat Gilroy Kevin Heffernan (and before someone says different older Dubs know what I mean), and Dessie Farrell. Jack's record ain't too bad.
