Sad news for Ciaran Thompson, he looked very upset leaving the pitch at the time, I didn't realise how bad it was. He had his best year in a Donegal shirt, one of the unsung heroes. Green_Gold (Donegal) - Posts: 1931 - 18/08/2025 18:31:01 2632528 Link 0 |
Best wishes to Ciaran and hopefully a speedy recovery. SouthOfTheGap (Donegal) - Posts: 866 - 18/08/2025 22:45:13 2632558 Link 0 |
The Streaming service seems to be working well also. I was hesitant to use it in the first weekend, just to see what the quality was like but picked up a game on weekend 2 and was very impressed by it. peiledoir20 (Donegal) - Posts: 1325 - 19/08/2025 11:51:51 2632641 Link 0 |
The prices are steep. It would need to be good quality.

I agree. That's why I was hesitant to purchase on the first weekend. Similarly I've watched a few LOI games on their stream at 3 euros cheaper per match but the quality on some of their are abysmal in comparison.

I think it's to keep the price of the stream the same as the price at the gate so as not to do clubs out of money i.e. it's not cheaper to watch online vs go to the game. Fair enough in my opinion.

Very sorry to read this. He has given so much for club and county over the years.
