Interesting, any idea why it was disbanded if it appears to be working and neither club currently have the resources to go their own? While times are good for them now at underage they spent years playing in division 3s and 11 aside competitions yet they never amalgamated. While I am not saying every club should go on their own you have to respect the commitment Annaduff have to ensuring that every young player coming through only ever has to wear one jersey. I'd say an almagamation must be a nightmare. This type of arrangement probably has a shelf life so hopefully it has been beneficial to the players that have come through. We have the forwards even with the few gone away and Poacher might have a few systems to tighten things up in defense. It sounds like Clare were still in the dressing room for the first 20minutes but then worked a lot of goal chances only for the Antrim keeper to have a stand out day. I hope we travel in good numbers as usual. I have a feeling this could be a gettable 2pts on the road. As Séamus O'Rourke put it on Tommy Tiernan, you have to have hope of a win travelling to these places. Good luck to the team on Sunday.
