Replying To JimB1991:  "Ye expecting the same to be honest. Not to sound overconfident but there's no excuses for Donegal. No reason not to go out and beat a team they are better than very well.

Best case, and most unlikely scenario, is winning and Cavan shocking Tyrone. Next best case is winning this game comfortably, getting a favourable prelim draw and winning that comfortably.
Lots of things outside Donegal's control, but what is within their control is coming out of the blocks fast against Mayo and thats what they should be focused on."
There will be nobody sending Mayo packing...they relish games like this! I expect Mayo to beat Donegal but luckily for Donegal Cavan will lose to Tyrone and Donegal will sneek in 3rd place!

It's make or break for Galway..poo or get off the pot!
Hopefully Galway and Derry both win that would see handy Preliminary Quarter v Louth and possibly Quarter Final v Mayo!

Usually love the rumours that flying about on matchday but have heard from a few that Conroy not starting, not sure injury or not and Comer injured again during the week.
Flaherty supposedly to start in goals as well, big call if its not injury related

Yeah, he's out it seems. I dunno. Tired of hearing it. Physios and S&C in all these years can't seem to have our prime target on the field. I give up

I'd say comer will call time on it after this year. Must be frustrating for all involved.

We look a team devoid of any confidence or idea, a stark contrast to Armagh. Both teams have gone in completely different directions since last years AI.

Shocking stuff from Galway. Armagh in 3rd gear and winning easily. They had a chance of an All Ireland last year but its over for this team now.

One of the worst halves of football I've ever seen from a galway team in basically a knockout match. Kelly not a cb. We don't have the forwards to do enough damage. Too slow and ponderous and no bite or energy in our play. Maker is the only one who looks like he was ready for a battle.

I thought last week at HQ was bad. This is dreadful and no motorway home. Ciaran Fitzgerald once ask an Irish team during a game " Where is your Fu$king pride", it needs to be spelled out to these lads big time. Our so called big players haven't turned up again.

You can't say that the first half was anything but embarrassing! I stand by what I said in certain things. Maher was exceptional and probably man of the match. Kelly is not a cb. But the big difference was they actually played with pace and directness. Why they can't do it consistently? Mindset, management or something else?

Likely over if we draw Kerry or Donegal next week. We need to get Down now realistically. That Meath Kerry result today was a bit of a disaster for 3rd place finishers. 2 chances of getting another sh1t draw now, one chance we get Down/Monaghan.

Fair play to Cathal Sweeney. Made some big plays when he came on.

What a come back!! Powerful stuff. Daniel O Flaherty made a great impact. You can't question this teams heart and I said that before this match on this forum. Didn't really work out for Conor Flaherty but can see why they tried it . Fair play to them. I'm sure we will have some clown come on here and say Armagh weren't going 100% or that we were lucky. These boys dragged them selves back into this game . Delighted for them
