Move To National Forum Only Model

i notice this move has killed any and all national discussion. Proposal B on the table and very little talk about it. I have no clue how it would work if its brought in on the weekend.

Have a look at the thread called "Upcoming Special Congress" and I think you'll find what you're looking for all right. :)

I've just noticed that the 'Posts:' next to a poster's name, that shows how many comments they have made, no longer changes (increases) when you make a comment. So what is the point in now having it?

Never looked at the posts total. Its irrelevant to the content of any post good or bad. Like the silly thumbs up thing.

I've tried posting in last few days but administrators obviously think I'm saying something wrong..all I asked was do people find that some comments posted take hours to come on forum?

This whole new setup is awful. For a forum that was always so good its dying a death now.
Its a shame.

Replying To Administrator:  "From this morning the individual forums in all bar two counties have been retired. The majority of discussion will be in one place, through the national forum where any topics can be discussed. There has been a growing trend towards this in recent years and with all messages individually moderated, it allows us to focus our resources more efficiently.
It's a big change, but where would the GAA world be without amalgamations?"
Totally insane crap idea

County GAA local championships should be discussed on local county forums, separate from Hogan Stand.

Ya they said in an article yesterday that David Clifford was the Kerry captain and he's not. Maybe they meant he was the East Kerry captain or something.

Really feeling the effects of this decision this week. Wicklow county finals this week and most of the lads you would have got a bit of chat out of must be gone now because if this stupid decision.

It's hard for people in smaller counties that don't have the big fan bases built up for their own website forums like Tipp etc. to find a few people up for a chat about gaa, especially when you don't live in the county anymore
