Oulart-The Ballagh moved into the quarter-finals of the Wexford senior hurling championship after defeating Oylegate Glenbrien in a penalty shootout at Chadwicks Wexford Park last night.
The sides served up a cracker at the Wexford Town venue, with the scoreboard reading 3-20 apiece after extra time and Oulart went on to win the shootout 3-0 with Eoin Moore netting the decisive penalty.

Billy Dunne's speculative effort deceives the keeper and somehow ends up in the goals!

It was Oylegate that had built up a 2-11 to 1-7 lead by half-time in normal time, but the Pikemen battled back and a fortuitous goal saw them drawing level a minutes before injury-time.
The end of normal time saw the teams all square on 2-16 each and a Mossy Dunne goal would move Oulart four in front in extra time ahead of Oylegate hitting a late major which forced penalties where the former prevailed.
