Last two winners to face off in MacRory Cup

The draw for the 2026/27 Danske Bank MacRory Cup has been made.
Holders Abbey CBS have been drawn in the same group as 2025 champions Omagh CBS, while last season’s runners-up St Patrick’s, Dungannon are in the only five-team group.
Aquinas are in Group B along with Abbey VS, St Mary’s Magherafelt and St Paul’s Bessbrook after winning the MacLarnon Cup last season.
The round-robin series gets underway in November, with the final taking place in February.
The groups are as follows:
Group A: St Patrick’s Armagh, St Patrick’s Dungannon, St Michael’s Enniskillen, St Patrick’s Cavan, St Colman’s Newry
Group B: Abbey VS, St Mary’s Magherafelt, Aquinas, St Paul’s Bessbrook
Group C: Our Lady’s Castleblayney, St Joseph’s Donaghmore. Omagh CBS, Abbey CBS
Group D: St Macartan’s Monaghan, Patrician Carrickmacross, St Ronan’s Lurgan, St Patrick’s Maghera
