Doubt Kilkenny would beat Limerick at the moment.

All We can do is try and Win the Leinster Final and turn up for the All Ireland Semi Final and see how it goes.

You have every chance of getting to the AI Final. And then anything can happen. But so do a few other counties. There will probably be someone who will hit top form this weekend and carry it through the rest of the summer. A bolter. Could be yourselves!

Replying To katser:  "I'm loving this....there is nobody talking Galway up or expecting much from us this year which is suiting us perfectly. As I said previously get through the Dublin game comfortably with a win and no injuries, Win the Leinster Final and then We can get ready for the All Ireland Semi Final.
HS is definitely getting a settled regular consistent starting 15 who are growing in confidence"
Dublin won't be easy nor will Kilkenny assuming it's a Galway v Kilkenny Leinster Final. A lot of work to do for all that to happen. Galway Abu!

Hopefully a big crowd in Athenry on Saturday to see the Minors first outing against Clare. A very exciting team, especially to see Aaron Niland playing.

We got the win as expected v Dublin, but as I feared of course they injured a couple of our lads!
Hope Davy Burke and Paddy Mannion will be ok for Leinster Final in two Weeks, Great to see Flynn and Glennon get game time

Since their last all Ireland in 2015 I think Kilkennys championship has been ended by Munster teams every year. In most of those games they've been well beaten. Limerick, Waterford, Tipp and cork have all knocked them out. Last years semi final was exciting versus Cork but I commented after that the standard was poor and Cork would get destroyed in the final. I wouldn't give them a hope against this Limerick team and you wouldn't find too many Kk lads that would make the limerick team either. 2019 was their best year but as we seen with Tipp that's now a long time ago. They beat an inconsistent Limerick team by a point in that semi. Kk people themselves admit and know that that narrative isn't true these days.

David Burke's injury looked serious, hope it's not the cruciate.

Are Galway any closer to Limerick than they were 2 years ago? The Leinster final will tell alot. I'm not sure if Galway are showing enough tactically to challenge for the All Ireland. We shall see. If Clare managed to turn over Limerick in two weeks then if would be some All Ireland series then.

It will be some all Ireland series anyway! So glad we are still in it!

Good result for Galway yesterday.Henry Shefflin has to be congratulated on the way he has progressed the team this year,we are definitely heading in the right direction with a lot of work still to do.He has stuck with players who did not impress earlier on in the league namely Darren Morrissey and Jack Grealish, they are showing up, I thought Grealish was very good yesterday.Cainan Fahy is another player who is improving with been given a chance.Since Mattie Kenny took over Dublin there All Ireland seems to be completed by beating Galway, for a team that was talked up so much and how we were to be nervous at playing them after the last few years , they were shocking yesterday.A team needs to be supported and I'd say if there were 200 hundred supporters there yesterday from Dublin it was the most.Johnny Murphy must have wore out a dozen whistles yesterday, he never let the game flow and it was hard for any side to really get going.Croke Park in 2 weeks, bring it on and let's see where we really are.

Yes and no. Galway have improved in some ways under Shefflin if only in belief and settling out a team but are no where near a threat to knock off Limerick yet. The only way Galway could beat Limerick is to catch them on a flat day or Limerick having a ton of injuries or Red Cards. I'm extremely happy with Galway right now but realistically they are at best a top 5 team.

You can talk down KK a much a you want, and you certainly have over the years.
But facts are, KK have appeared in 1 QF, 2 SF and 1 final over the last 4 years.

The game never really got going last night and the crowd never got into it fully, a whistle happy referee didn't help.

Haven't they won enough to last them a life time, esp B Cody?

Kilkenny have won more than Galway will ever have....show them a small bit of respect.
