Luckily for the likes of Portumna and Pearses there is no relegation from Senior B this year!!"
I think Cathal Mannion scored 17 points. He's a beast.

But aren't the top 8 intermediate teams going with senior b and that will be the new intermediate next year so unless you win Senior B you will be intermediate next year.

Intermediate will be the 8 current Intermediate teams who don't make the Quarter Finals.
Senior B next year will likely be....Portumna, Pearses, Mullagh, Tynagh Abbey-Duniry, Liam Mellows, Ballindeeren, Kilnadeema-Leitrim, Meelick-Eyrecourt, Kinvara, Carnmore, Abbeyknockmoy, Killimor, Beagh, Rahoon-Newcastle, Ballygar and Moycullen.
Senior x16 teams
Senior B x16 teams
Intermediate x 8 teams
Junior A x 18 teams

He is in great form all year but the opposition Portumna are one trick pony.....JC scored 2-06 out of their 3-09!

Moycullen were missing diarmuid davaren and fionn mcdoagh yesterday..two huge players for them
If they had them they very well could have won yesterday..they should beat gort especially if they have full team..

Definitely capable. They would be a lot fitter and faster around the field than that Gort side.

Huge pressure on Kiltormer to win the Junior A to get promoted to the new 8 team Intermediate (3rd tier) next year.

Worst team in current 16 team Intermediate structure is relegated to Junior A...... and proper order if your not good enough to win a match in Intermediate down you go to Junior A and let the Junior A Champions come up to Intermediate.

The two games in Senior Group 4 will be the ones to go to in two weeks time. Oranmore could seal their progress with a win over Cappy and put Cappy in trouble. Sarsfields could be out of the championship if they lose to Tommy Larkins. Two crackers there.

Hard to believe anyone could be out of it so soon but you're right. Every match counts.
