Does anybody know if there's a development league prior to championship like there was last year? LeitrimRoyal99 (Meath) - Posts: 1527 - 09/01/2023 18:56:45 2451780 Link 0 |
There is indeed, playing in the ulster league I think, Tyrone at home is first game, game 2 down away and last game is Antrim at home according to a player on the panel

Pivotal moment in Meath football. This is our very talented future players. Hopefully they make a impact this year. Hopes are high.

That's great thanks for that. Hopefully fixtures will be announced nearer the time as I'm looking forward to watching the 20's. Hopefully they have progressed from last year as most of the panel has been retained

The under 20's had a good win against Cork in a challenge last weekend I heard. They are playing Tyrone in a development league this weekend but I can't see a fixture anywhere. Does anybody know where it is on? LeitrimRoyal99 (Meath) - Posts: 1527 - 31/01/2023 11:50:49 2455476 Link 4 |
Yeah there was a bit of confusion, it is the following Saturday 11th

Not a bad team and I could see that being the team. I would have O'Halloran in for O'Hare and Coffey in for McDonagh but both are marginal calls. Hopefully the team is moving well

Not a bad crack of the team, mcdonnell I seen in skryne last Friday night in a boot looks to be in a bit of bother, I'd agree with the rest of the team

I've heard good reports about both playing for there colleges, went to watch maynooth against DCU and UCD in this years freshers championship o'halloran plays a fairly pivotal role in the maynooth defence a sticky defender who breaks forward a good bit while Leonard was as classy as ever. Brian o Reilly from St Michaels is another good footballer on the panel loyalroyal23 (Meath) - Posts: 20 - 08/02/2023 10:32:39 2457192 Link 0 |
