With 47 minutes gone on the clock at Pairc Tailteann Seneschalstown led Ratoath 0-15 to 0-7 and looked good for their second win but Ratoath aided by a Cian Rogers goal staged a remarkable comeback to earn a share of the spoils.
Drumbaragh, Dunsany and O’Mahony’s got their season back on track with their first wins.
Over in Ballinlough it was bragging rights for Moylagh in their North Meath derby clash with St. Brigids while it was win number two for Clann na nGael.

Goals from Thomas O’Reilly, Caolan Ward and Tom Gavigan set Wolfe Tones up for their second win. It was also win number 2 for Mick O’Dowd’s Skryne who had eight points to spare over Gaeil Colmcille at Dunganny while Ballinbrackey recovered from their opening round loss to Ratoath with a comprehensive win over St. Colmcilles.
Castletown provided the standout win in the Intermediate grade with a massive 21 points to spare over Duleek Bellewstown at Seneschalstown. Last year's semi finalists Ballivor are out of the race for the Mattie McDonnell Cup

Oldcastle proved too strong for Curraha at Pairc Tailteann. Goals from Oran Mulvanny, Lee Healy and a second half brace from Jason Scully paved the way for a comfortable win at Pairc Tailteann. Moynalvey recorded their second win in the Intermediate with eight points to spare over Walterstown. Mark O’Sullivan set them on the way for victory with a goal inside the opening two minutes.
