Dungiven will face Glen in Round 2A of the Derry SFC after toppling holders Newbridge by 2-15 to 0-11 at Owenbeg last evening.

Niall McGonagle registered 1-8, while Joe Dillon raised the other green flag for Dungiven who can now look forward to a meeting with the 2024 All-Ireland club champions in a fortnight’s time. Newbridge, on the other hand, face a do-or-die backdoor Round 2B meeting with Swatragh.

The winners from Round 2A progress to the quarter-finals, with the losers from Round 2A and winners from 2B advancing to Round 3 and the losers from Round 2B going into relegation playoffs.
