Shane O’Donnell’s first start of 2026 for Clare saw him finding the net just eight minutes into this afternoon’s Allianz Hurling League Division 1B final.

After John Hetherton fired in a penalty to the corner of the Banner men’s net seven minutes in at the TUS Gaelic Grounds, the Clare response didn’t take long and it was O’Donnell that provided the cool finish (watch below) to put them up by 1-1 to 1-0.
