Adam English says Limerick are relishing Sunday’s Allianz Hurling League final against Cork.
The TUS Gaelic Grounds will be packed to the rafters as the home side attempts to bounce back from a disappointing 2025 by their own lofty standards.
"We always love playing Cork, we know their supporters will always come with 100%, and so do ours. It'll be a great battle on Sunday, and we're really looking forward to it,” the Doon clubman told gaa.ie
“We saw, even in the league last year, we were very hit-and-miss with our performances. So, this year, we really focused on each game, I know it is a cliché when you say it, but every match was nearly like an All-Ireland final for the way we looked at it. We just wanted to perform to 100% of our ability in every match.
"We cannot wait for it, we had a shaky start at the start of the league, and if you told us we'd be in a league final after the Waterford game, we'd have bitten your hand off. So, we're looking forward to it."
