Dublin camogie star Aisling Maher feels there’s “a little bit of pressure” on Galway heading into tomorrow’s All-Ireland senior final against Cork.

The Tribeswomen are looking to make it back-to-back O’Duffy Cup successes for the first time in their history when they take on the Rebels at Croke Park (4.15pm), where the sides are meeting in their third consecutive decider.

Speaking on RTÉ's Inside Sport, Maher says that this meeting has “a different dynamic” compared to the one between the team 12 months ago.

"I do think Cork have the luxury this year, which they've probably never had before, of almost coming in as underdogs into this game," she said.

"It changes the dynamic completely for Galway. There is a little bit of pressure on them, they've not done the back-to-back.

"It's a huge prospect there, not only for Cathal (Murray) sticking around but I'm sure some of the older Galway girls there are looking at the opportunity to get back-to-back before they finish out. How they manage that will be important.

"Cathal is very good at managing that, same as last year with playing the Cork favouritism thing into their favour.

"I think he's managing it well from the outside, I don't doubt he's managing it well in the dressing room too, but how much the girls believe that will be important."
