Fermanagh V Cavan

(Oldest Posts First) - Go To The Latest Post

Cavan will waltzs into Fortress Brewster Park on Saturday. Pop into the cinema at halftime for some sweet popcorn, demolish the Erne men with ease and stroll back to Cavan via Glangevlin for the cheapest pint of the black stuff in the land..

Hup the boys,

Jesus, that post from Steady Eddie was that cringe they posted it twice!!!

And the strikes again part just gave me goose bumps - not the good ones.

Steady on Eddie i do believe we can win this game but i think it will be hard fought and a much tougher test then last weekend. Fermanagh will put up a tough fight pete will have a few surprises up his sleeve

Lads,
Fermanagh aren't worth getting stressed about.
We are gonna stroll in and stroll out of Fortress Brewster Park in second gear and take all the points.
Piece of cake.

@asitis
The Cavan players shouldn't be afraid of what Pete has up his sleeves.
Even if he's hiding colored tissues or a bouquet of flowers, they are fully grown men and shouldn't be dazzled and put off by Pete doing magic tricks on the sideline..
At least I hope i'm right..

Should that not be the optimal time to say - Steady Eddie Strikes Again!!

Back to the game - I am not expecting many changes. Buchanan should have done enough to maintain his starting berth.

Would be tempted to have Niall Murray back in at centre half back!

Steady Eddie
Your right our boys wont be as dazzeled as much as you obviously were in fermanagh. Nice to see a bit of humour on here

Me thinks steady Eddie is an imposter from another county with a grudge. Either that or serious issues at play with him.

If we are as clinical in Fermanagh as the bauld Steady Eddie then we should be ok!

Best of luck to Cavan tomorrow night. Always a tight affair and we have had the rub of the green in recent matches. We need to keep our discipline and keep our workrate going and we should hopefully bag another two points.

On a more serious note, I hope Steady Eddie gets lucky..........

cavan97
where did you get this rub of the green from??? they Cavan were far superior in their last two matches as were they against Derry. Different game tomorrow a better tactician on the line for Fermanagh but the lad's are on a roll and as I stated after the Derry match they Cavan can win their last 5 matches and I have no reason to change my mind on that statement.

We will win tomorrow if we keep our discipline and don't get involved in skirmishes.
Fermanagh can be quite underhand in their methods as we have seen before.

Glad to see same team as for Armagh game announced. I think Gearoid on the 40 is a good move, he has got great athleticism to run at defences, is not easy to stop and will draw in defenders, plus hes got a good scoring ability. I think Raymond Galligan is improving with every game. Mossy and Liam Buchanan are ideal men for a congested midfield where there will be loads of dirty ball to fight for. I don't expect any easy run like the last night, it probably will get tetchy so cool heads needed, usual suspects beware !
