Intermediate Championship

Would expect so The Armagh/Ranger game is meaningless. Armagh by far still the strongest team. Does anyone feel that the board will promote two teams to the senior ranks next year? Eight teams needed at the senior grade. Eight a intermediate grade. Seven at junior A and six at Junior B.

Long Island beat Rangers with a well deserved win last night. Long Island now play Armagh in the Semi final which I believe will be a walk over for Armagh. The second semi I believe will see the victor from the play off (Rockland v Barnabas) beat Kerry as kerry have faded away. So the final will be Armagh v Rockland or Barnabas. Armagh still favourites but I'd have my money on them NOT winning the championship.

Long Island played well as a team yesterday. Watched them against Kerry and you could see their confidence. Shows what players who train together over the summer can do.
Rangers go to players let them down and not for the first time this year. Were probably overrated.
Will Armagh blow them away? It will be interesting to say the least.

Long Island could pose a strong challenge for Armagh. Word is that Armagh have lost a few and Long Island have more coming.

Long Island had some very powerful forwards last night. Not exactly fast but incredible accuracy.. Neither team looked convincing enough to challenge Armagh though and Rangers just looked tired.. Not sure what happened them but didnt look like the team of 6 weeks ago. Does anyone know about Kerry and the reason behind their dismal latest displays? Barnabas and Rockland on Tuesday will be good viewing. Very hard to judge the outcome of that game, edging towards Rockland though..

Wouldn't worry so much about Kerry's dismal performances. They have made playoffs in both divisions and will be on both finals. As for Rockland v Barnabas , it should be Rockland by a few but you never know. Armagh to reign.
