Sunday past saw out the final game between local Philadelphia teams the Notre Dames and the Mairead Farrells. Tired legs proved no match in the second half however when the Farrells brought on 7 of their summer sanctions to lead the senior side to victory, arguably an unfair advantage with the Notre Dames only fielding 5 of their summer players. A well fought battle by both sides nontheless, the only question remaining now, which team will be bringing home the silverware from chicago...?
