Hartford GFC is holding an open house at the Irish American Home, 132 Commerce St, Glastonbury, CT on the 28th of March at 1pm.
Any one in the Hartford area and beyond interested in playing football this summer is invited to come along.
The senior team play junior in Boston.
The underage teams play in the Northeast Divisional Youth Competition.

Everyone is welcome from the experienced player to the novice.

Thanks to everyone who came to the Open House. It was a great success.

Training for the up coming season:

Senior training: At the Irish American Home Society field Glastonbury, Ct.
On Tuesday nights from 6:00pm-8:00pm and on Thursday from 8:00pm-10:00pm.
The first night of training will be Tuesday, April 6th.


The underage training begins on Sat. April 10th at 4pm.
The age groups are U6, U8, U10, U12, U14 and U16.

All welcome experienced or novice.

Hartford Youth Gaelic Football Fundraiser
Live Concert with ErinOg

On Saturday, April 17, 2010 Erin Og, Boston's premier Irish Rebel Band will perform a concert at the Irish American Home Society 132 Commerce Street, Glastonbury, CT. The Concert will start at 8:00 pm. Over the years Erin Og has played throughout the Boston and New York area and has become a fan favorite. This is a fundraiser for the Hartford Youth Gaelic Football. The team is planning a trip to Ireland in 2011. Come on out for a great time and show your support for this IAHS sponsored event. Tickets are $20.00. This is sure to be a sellout.

Place:Tallwood Golf Club, Hebron CT.
Time:11:30 Lunch
12:30 Shotgun Start - Scramble Format
7pm Dinner (approx) At the Irish Club
Cost:$135.00 Entry Fee per player
Fee includes:18 holes of golf, cart, range balls, gift, on course
prizes, lunch, dinner and 2 hour open bar.
