Intermediate Hurling Championship 2019

(Oldest Posts First)

so who will be playing senior hurling in 2020? Moycullen just down will be favorites to go back up. Carnmore down last year had a poor season, did they even qualify out of their group? any dark horses worth looking for?

From the first few rounds I would be putting my money on Kilconieran, killimor or Meelick/Eyrecourt. Other teams are way off the pace.

Probably M/Es to loose this year. After winning U21 championship and possibly getting caught by kilconiron last year it's surely time they kicked on. I'd expect them to see off killimor again on Sunday and they dismantled Kiltormer with ease last weekend

looking at weekend results. straight forward 7 point win for kiltormer over cashel. meelick ground out a 2 point win over killimor in a high scoring game. Moycullen had 11 points over kilbeacanty, are they looking like a bounce back to senior yet?Rahoon had 3 points to spare over spidal, nothing easy anymore with spidal. result of the weekend in Kinvaras win over an unbeaten kilconieron who i fancied as favorites to go up.

Will make a very interesting championship.

Saw the moycullen v kilbeacty. Kilbeacty struggling big time and they could be the ones to be relegated.

Moycullen ring rusty but gathering momentum

Replying To CillTormoir:  "so is it still fixtures per booklet (Aug10/11) or will championship be brought forward a few weeks now?"
I presume they will stick to the booklet. A lot of lads probably gone away for the summer.
