Galway vs Rosscommon

(Oldest Posts First)

Right, big match now. Could be a double provisional. Except a full house in Pearce Stadium. Rosscommon had an impressive win against Leitrim, But Galway are a different cattle of fish. Winning FBD and League and beating Mayo second year in a row. Galway should be winning this match. So going for a dominant Galway win.
Galway 5+

Syntax and grammar aside lads....
Didn't realise that this final is fixed for Salthill. It will be a tight affair.... as it usually is with GAL V Ros in the past.
OakLeafSir.... Will ye bate Mayo??

Mayo, Donegal & Meath to win. Not a remotely intriguing match up in sight there either. With all due respect to Laois/Clare fans, it's very unlikey to have any bearing on the q-final picture either way, and Clare might win it?

lot qualifier matches don't allways go as planned for lot reasons
as its involving teams beaten in their provinces already
so much depends on whats going on the players heads
some have no appetite for the qualifiers
some teams like Longford relish the qualifiers
Donegal look like a team who might struggle
they took a big beating and their young players might another few years to cope at this level

Of course Mayo are big favourite but I would not be shocked if Derry pulled a win here. Going to be an interesting match. If we start the right team we have great chance. Hopefully a Derry win to shock everyone.
