All Ireland Hurling Final

(Oldest Posts First)

I see the county board have fixed the last group games in intermediate group 1 for 5;30 next Sunday . I'm sure most of these players will be at venues an hour before the game so no chance of them getting to watch the All Ireland . Fair play to the county board

County or club officers deserve their tickets, they keep the show running all year.

A cheap shot.

The reality of course is they had to fix matches as there is no time in the calendar to fit the games in with the format in the county.Valley in his usual negative manner dishes out the abuse but offers no solutions himself. Its terrible the club scene is forever being destroyed by more and more county matches. Is there a solution?Three groups of four?four groups of three? reduced numbers in senior and intermediate?

I'll apologise for my previous comment.
I'm sure the officers will enjoy the day out, probably driving up in the free car from the county sponsors or is it a family member that drives that? I can't remember

A cheaper shot. You're just attention seeking now. It is easy to slag off volunteers and generalise.

I'd say we are going to have serious elections at this years convention with Valleys exclusive story of free Renaults for one and all and for family members too. I need a nomination I'm off to Galway to brush up on the Gaelige but first Drogheda for the Fleadh that Irish language officer is for me.
