Senior Football Championship Final
Derrygonnelly 0-10 Roslea 1-3
Comment: Boring to watch as a neutral. It's a poor state of Fermanagh senior club football when they (both teams) have to resort to bringing in veterans of yesterday football. The standard is badly in need of improvement!"
Yes a very poor game but the weather did not help. Hard to understand why Roslea brought on two players onto a championship final when neither players played or trained all year.

The county final was poor stuff. Will the league semi-finals be any better this weekend?

Looks like these championships are a fiasco not just from the low entry but from a delivery perspective too. Just look at the scorelines so far they reflect scores only seen in underage football. Anyway, November should be kept as a rest month for adult football. I read sometime back where macca999 posted a message stating that our county board was't fit for purpose allowing one fiasco happen after another such as the Skea player issue and the reappointment of McGrath (both handled badly with GAA HQ stepping in to the first one and McGrath having to step down in the second case) - and those are not the only issues poorly addressed.
