In fairness Shane Ross is as bad tweeting about it.

Doesn't he something better to be tweeting about like giving more funding to our poor underfunded Fee-Paying Private Schools?

A fair bit of ignorance here about Kerry hurling.........I think kilgarvan is one of the few places in south Kerry were hurling is well supported, almost certain the young lad at wing forward against us at u21 was from there, Fennessey???

I'm no fan of the Healy Raes but I'd say they have been to far more hurling matches in their time than that gobsh@te Ross who has no time for the GAA at all..........there were certainly loads of wasted tickets on Sunday, the one given to Shane Ross being one!

Typical Shane Ross looking a cheap sound bite instead of doing something useful........

Hmmm...

Think it's mad that your man was asleep alright but presumably the game wasn't in play was it ? Find it strange he would be asleep, it was a pic probably taken before the game, or half time. Still weird but I mean I'd highly doubt the dude was asleep while the game was actually going on. If it was, I can only congratulate the fella (who is he anyway?) for managing to get some kip in that noise and atmosphere. That's definitely something to admire

Replying To MesAmis:  "Obviously had a big carvery lunch!

That stuff is lethal."
Lethal is right.. ever chomp down a double cabbage and spuds with a gravy chaser..

What happens in the carvery stays in the carvery..

Controversial here lads but....

I don't like carvery

Think it's overrated. I'll have it if I have to but if I'm going out for grub of a Sunday I'd avoid carvery...

Say what you like about the Healy Rays but they know how to look after their own kind in South Kerry
He had a hectic schedule dosen't drink so was down to fatigue he is a hurling man as well as football so think it was a cheap shot to snap him at a weak moment in time.

It was during the minor game from what I've read

Not controversial Wayne bud. I agree a bad carvery is as bad as food gets out and about.

The Gardaí outside checking lads getting into their cars.

'I can smell gravy on you'.

To be serious though I'd actually lay off Danny Healy-Rae in this instance. He was at the match in a private capacity and should be treated as such.

I've no time for the man, or his brother, or their whole 'cute hoor' schtick either. They, and their ilk including Ross who is just a posh version of them, are an awful indictment of us as a nation politically.

Don't mean to be a scaremonger but..

Not a good sign sleeping like that

I'd be thinking about an EKG if I was him

In fairness he's not exactly in great shape and at his age things start to go south if you're not on top of your health

Sure could ya blame him falling asleep. The photo was obviously taken between games. The time when they usually wheel out an oul has-been Dub band to throw them a few quid.

Who gives a sh-t anyway. Just politicians trying to score points. Isn't that why they mostly show up at public events anyway. I do believe a player had to tie his boot before taking a side line ball. Now putting things in context that was more interesting.

That was s cheap, nasty and opportunistic smear by a so called politician. That's the sort of stuff schoolboys get up to. Aappalling low standards from someone who, ironically, expects exemplary standards in Others
