Healy-Rae Asleep At An All-Ireland And Ross Having A Cut

(Oldest Posts First) - Go To The Latest Post

I don't know which annoyed me more - Danny Healy-Rae pictured asleep at the All-Ireland hurling final or Shane Ross trying to have a cut at him over it. Ross wouldn't know a sloitar if it hit him on the head but Healy-Rae doesn't look too smart with the eyes closed taking a nap.

He wasn't asleep , it was a power nap ffs.
Most of these muppets only appear on final days.
Remember you're woman, I think she was from Mayo on a couple of years ago about how she was entitled to a ticket.
Talk about stupidity.

Hahahaha photo of the decade hilarious, these kerry folk are a different breed.

One question doh what was a Kerry man doing at a hurling game? Sure they wouldn't know a Sliothar from a tennis ball.

Did Ross even know who was playing?

Sure Danny looks like that most of the time anyway. Ross has some neck to be criticising anyone also.

So ross got a free pass to the best seats and spent his time looking around at the crowd and taking pictures of them.

Is this not a great Country

Surely you aware of the hurling in north Kerry especially, bit of a silly remark to make.
Paul Galvin won an u21B hurling all Ireland with Kerry....

I remember when Ministers could attend such Days and act with decorum, They would have left taking pictures to the press photographers

I certainly amnt one to be defending a Healy Rae but if the article on this on the home page is correct and it was between games after a hectic couple of days then fair enough and no issue

Maybe ye should read his explanation for having a nap before ye tare into him , he had been up at 6 in the morning to get cataract patients ready to go to Dublin for their operations and then faced into 5/6 hours of a journey to go to the final a lot of ye would only be turning over for a second or third sleep at that stage, also he said it was at half time in the minor game, was there entertainment at half time in that game? If not Then why not have a snooze ?

Has anyone found out what time the picture was taken at. Perhaps before the match, or during half time, or between the Minor and Senior. There was about an hour of a gap between the two matches. Let's not all jump to conclusions

And you wonder why the dubs get a bad name sometimes. Typical arrogance and ignorance all in the one go.

Kerry won an All Ireland in Hurling before they ever won one in football.

I hope he wasn't planning on driving hours upon hours in a car if he was that tired.
