The problem with Belnaleck is not necessary players leaving them but they are nable to attract players, particularly in their youth wing, hence the club's demise!

attract players? lol what are you talking about?? its hardly the premier league where we are tryign to attract big name signings.. wise up..

Another ridiculous statement from the insecure gaels man trying to cover up his own clubs short comings.

I could safely say that a FAR HIGHER percentage of our youth continue playing for Belnaleck as adults than Enniskillens youth who end up doing other things i.e. soccer..

Let me cast you back to the Enniskillen minor team of 2 years ago when they were unable to field a team, this is the club with by far the largest pick in Fermanagh could not field a team, do not think that this embarassment is going to be easily forgotten.

At the cost of fuel these days would it be better for clubs to hire buses for the players travelling to games? Even if the players give a few quid each it would be cheaper than all the cars having to transport the players to matches.

Do you see this fundraising craic, should clubs from well beyond the county say Armagh and others be allowed to come in Fermanagh to sell tickets?
Do these outsiders not be compelled to get authorisation from the Fermanagh Co Board first?

My concern with all these monies being raised is it being managed well and should there not be more of an input from the governing side of the GAA into what projects the funding is going to. I think the day has come when clubs decide they want to develop something it should be assessed beyond the club so that it is a reasonable and sensible and achieveable development. For example, should smalclub like the Bridge and Belnaleck be allowed to develop beyond their means and should cevelopment be rstricted to reflect the size the club?

Many students and workers required to travel back home for training sessions during the week and its a burden financially as clubs are not stumping up for the promised mileage costs. Are they many others in the same position?
