That's fair enough but there are a few on here who still feel ye are the best team in the country. How that is the case God only knows.

Is Dalo getting Limerick job Mike? I think ye should give it to Kiely, let him build a team over a couple of years and weed out some of the deadwood thats been hanging around since 2013 with no improvement in form.

There will be pressure on Davy to go. My problem with him is the team he picks. Some players on the bench is better than whats on the team. I forgot about the system of playing.

The defence system won Clare the All Ireland, and he out smarted all of the managers Clare played in 2013. But things have changed. He needs to let the players be free and play positive hurling now.

Lets not forget Davy as a individual has the best record in the history of Clare hurling. I think he beats Ger L because has 2 all Irelands as a player.

Unfortunately, I guess Davy will be still in charge next year. County Board meeting is tonight. Cant see how he can be ratified again personally.

I will have little interest in Clare hurling next year if this comes to pass.

Are there any other candidates for the Clare hurling manager job? I thought Davy might not get the job for 2017, but it appears from radio reports that he will be reappointed.

GAA is very democratic organisation (except in Clare it seems) no discussion on Managers surely cant be allowed our record in championship is awful.

This was our best year but we beat Laois and a very down cast Limerick who coulden't wait to get rid of their manager enough said.

I don't like players revolts but bar this i cannot see any way of this manager going and who is to say that the Board wont appoint him for a further 5 years ion 2017

I sadly will not follow Clare again as long as this Manger is in place Paul Kinnerk now gone cant blame him.
its a total joke 30 + people over a team , how do Tipp/Kikenny manage just watch Kilkenny & Tipp management they are always conferring with each other it was great to see Michael Ryan of Tipp this year, we have one dictator, surely enough is enough,
We the fans/ players/ coaches/ underage managers/ adult managers club executives own the GAA not a handful of people with vested interests

Please all delegates at tonight's meeting do not be YES men let our voices be heard

I probably should have been more specific in my comments. When you leave just two forwards inside with little play of the ball to them, and the whole design is to have your forwards shoot got points from way out, then you are dealing with a system that will lose the major games. the management must realIZe the team has the talent and energy to adopt a different system that WIll bring better results . At best Iwould give them one final chance!!!!!

Dosent really matter if Clare had 5men in the full foward line,,, winning ball in the half foward line is the problem...
