Munsterchamps casey at 4 and lynch at 15 are underage as well next year. I'd still be more concerned about this year though.

Limerick really have a great chance over the next 3 years to win an u21 or to. still dont know how ye didnt win th eminor last year! then again clare somehow blew it in 2011 yet bounced back and won 3 21s. no reason limerick cant do something similar...

however the sooner the Park is upgraded the better, id lvoe more senior games in ennis, we can then enter into home and away arrangements with the other counties, it would increase crowds, better than clare and limerick playing in front of a half empty thurles,

clareman and blackspot wouldn,t it be great if our two counties could dominate over the big three for a few years.there is huge talent in both counties, its just to make sure the best can be got out of all of them.

Munsterchamps Casey played against Galway in infamous minor semi final 2 years ago. That makes him under 20. As for k o Bruen he was selected in paper at 13 and lynch at 15. Therefore 14 and 15 are underage and not 13 and 14.

Hey Clareman. I agree that Cusack park could do with a major upgrade. That's not going to happen though. Even when this touch up is done it won't be suitable to host munster championship matches. It is indeed a shame. They ought to have bit the hand off that developer during the boom.
Clare v Limerick in senior should be on in the Gaelic Ground's each time. It's closer for us than the south limerick crowd. Can we not do some arrangement whereby it can be designated our home senior championship ground.

Ban I'd say that a top idea that could be worth money to both Limerick and Clare. Would prob only work if Clare were playing anyone other than Limerick. Thing is though clare and waterford in my view are better off than the other three counties as they never have to play in other counties back yard. I think that's a big advantage.

so the big game is 2 days away, cant wait for it. i think we have the talent to do it again. surprised with how good some of our players played the last day considering how many players moved on after last year, to pick out one - kevin hehir at midfield had a really good game, he never played minor for clare or even made the panel for that grade. i understand he is underage again next year, so huge credit to him for not dropping the head after minor and then working hard to put himself in the picture for under 21. its great to see that even if players are missed at minor grade that they can be brought into the system at under 21 level if they prove themselves to be good enough. really shows the importance of the grade in bridging the gap between minor and senior.

i said it before but id like to see michael o'malley come into the team for ryan taylor - then move gleeson into the corner where i think hes more suited. other than that id go with the same team again. looking at limerick cian lynch is the obvious danger man, cant be given any space. ronan lynch was quiet the last day at 11 so he will have a point to prove after all the hype about him in limerick. limericks half backline looks to be their strongest line on paper (assuming same 3 are there again) so after the performance of our 2 wing forwards the last night this battle will probably go a long way to deciding the outcome of the game. shane o'donnell was unusually quiet the last day so i expect a big performance from him. i expect a closely fought game with an o'donnell goal being the difference. best of luck to the lads.

HE
Would you want away games in GG where according to Antony Daly, in 1996, Clare have never won, although I thing they beat LK about 1954 during our worse famine ever. I am always dubious about Home and away games and would prefer to see all championship games played at a neutral venue

Ye were a bit slow on the sideline Hurlingexpert,, should have shoved Duggan into the brow of the square and brought out o'Donnell.. Would you give Galway any chance,, if Killeen can shore up the back Molloy and the boys might cause a few problems up front,,no getting away from it But Limerick are very good....
